Terms and Conditions

Any booking with **South Packers and Movers** is considered confirmed only after the receipt of an agreed advance amount. This advance is non-refundable if the cancellation is made less than 24 hours before the scheduled shifting time.

The final quotation is based on the list of items provided by the client. If additional items are found during the loading process that were not mentioned during the survey, extra charges will apply accordingly.

We do not transport hazardous materials such as gas cylinders, acids, liquid chemicals, explosives, or inflammable items. Additionally, jewellery, cash, and high-value legal documents must be carried by the customer personally.

While we take extreme care, **South Packers and Movers** is not liable for internal electronic damage of appliances or natural wear and tear. We strongly advise opting for transit insurance to cover any accidental damage during transportation.

It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that our transport vehicle has proper access and parking permissions at both the origin and destination points. Any parking fees or society entry charges will be borne by the client.

The full and final payment must be cleared either at the time of loading or before the final unloading of goods at the destination. We do not provide credit services for residential relocations.

In case of any external damage to packed items, the customer must report it to our supervisor at the time of delivery. Claims made after the team has left the premises will not be entertained.
